This PR drops support for all Armv7 devices. Is there a particular reason why it can't be compiled with aarch32 and a lower minimum SDK?

I have successfully built binaries for armeabi-v7a, arm64-v8a, x86 and x86_64: published everything on https://github.com/devgianlu/aria2-android.
