Summary

Add a metric for sync durations (argo_app_sync_duration_avg??) (how long syncs are taking for each application). I see the count of syncs (argocd_app_sync_total) but not timings.

Motivation

This could help an application operator/owner know if they are seeing a increase/decrease in sync durations. Also to have an average sync duration for certain types of applications.
