  1. fix: use the correct version of Trivy (#22) 

    - fix the `--version` flag so the trivy version is displayed and the MCP
  version
- Switch the version tool to either use the trivyBinary supplied or use
  the baked version
  - the baked version is added at build time and is scraped from go.mod
    to work out which version of trivy code is being used
