Change krewfile to github_releases package type #37959

Question
Hey! Currently the package type for brumhard/krewfile is go_install. Since release 0.6.2, released in January, it now has binaries attached to the releases.
Question is: how to convert it to use the assets instead of go_install while supporting the older release version via go_install? Do we even need to do that? 🤔
