Describe the bug
When deleting AppNamespace test0514 in App 100004458, the following error occurred:

Code:500 Msg:could not execute statement; SQL [n/a]; constraint [UK_AppId_Name_DeletedAt]; nested exception is org.hibernate.exception.ConstraintViolationException: could not execute statement

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Log in demo site with apollo user account
2. Open http://106.54.227.205/delete_app_cluster_namespace.html
3. Delete AppNamespace with App 100004458 and Name test0514

Expected behavior
It should be deleted successfully.
