Sections won't resize on viewport change when using scrollBar:true


## Steps to reproduce:
1. Load https://codepen.io/alvarotrigo/pen/xbxgLEz or https://alvarotrigo.com/fullPage/examples/scrollBar.html#firstPage
2. Resize the viewport
3. It won't update the size of the sections
