With alr 1.2.1, running "alr publish --tar" requires Windows PowerShell; if I run it in mingw64 or msys2 shell the prompts don't work (they always take the default answer). I have never used Windows Powershell, and I'd really not like Ada to be the reason I have to learn it!

Please allow alr prompts to work with mingw64 or msys2 shell.
