For those with developer accounts, it would be great to add the ability to sign and notarize.

Users could get instructions of how to get the right developer certificate - Application and Installer. And they would have to supply an application specific credential.

I wrote scripts to do this specifically for our applications, but it might be a cool addition to round this out.
