Describe the bug:

When uninstalling an iOS app, the app icon still appears in the list after the uninstallation is complete. However, the app has already been uninstalled. Clicking the uninstall button on the right side of the icon in the list shows 0B.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Install Bark ios app from app store
2. use Pearcleaner uninstall it

Expected behavior:

Uninstall the app normally, like a macOS application.
