Describe the bug
Nacos maintainer sdk not support aliyun ram auth plugin
The reason is due to before execute auth plugin, the resource is generator with empty, so that plugin implementation can't generator the signatures for resource.

Expected behavior
support ram auth plugin and other auth plugin impl.

Actually behavior
Only support nacos default auth plugin.

1. Go to '...'
2. Click on '....'
3. Scroll down to '....'
4. See errors
