* Added complete `de-de.i18n_lang.json` with validated translations * Fixed escape sequences and placeholder typos that blocked source-generation * Added missing `TopMenuLanguage/German` key to all other locale files * Build and localization generator now run clean; manual run-through confirms UI strings load correctly
