The fan speed of dmaker.fan.p18 is now in only 4 positions 25/50/75 and 100% and not between 1 and 100 as before.

The documentation from Miot now it's wrong https://home.miot-spec.com/spec/dmaker.fan.p18 becuase says 'speed-level' on PIID 10 i'ts from 1 to 100 and not from level 1 to level 4. I remember last years it was from 1 to 100 positions.

Now the only attributes are the ones listed before.
