As @Aaronontheweb stated during review for #2502 there left some loging parts that no more used during specs run. This PR is clean-up for such dead code. Have traced all possible execution paths (hard task in actor-model) and runned several debug sessions with breakpoints on candidates to be removed. But anyway I'm asking for scrupulous review whoever will decide to merge.
