No "Settings Saved" confirmation to webapp Transcoding page #1114
Description
Problem description
When updating settings in the Transcoding page of the webapp administration interface, when clicking the "Save" button there is no "Settings Saved" popover confirmation like there is for every other config page.
Steps to reproduce
Login to the web interface as an admin user, and update settings in the Transcoding page.
Click 'Save'.
Compare with the behavior of other settings pages.
