LGTM 👍 as discussed let's keep a note to remove https://github.com/agntcy/dir/blob/main/USAGE.md from the directory repo so we do not have to maintain the same content in two different places

Fixing #137
Added non-interactive signing and verification methods to the Usage Scenarios Directory guide. Also added gRPC error codes and other minor updates.
