Update almost all of the dependencies. This commit only promises the app would be successfully built and run.

Description
Upgrade electron to 11.x to support arm64 macOS.
Almost all the dependencies are updated by the way.
I also complied an arm64 static aria2c and created a universal binary using

aria2is not compatible withwebpack5.x, so I move it to project directorysrc/shared/aria2and made some changes.css-loader4.x and 5.x have some breaking changes, so I didn't upgrade it.Checklist:
