Some programming languages maintainers love, just love to redistribute GCC toolchain. Some sons of devils* even add it to PATH, borking some innocent dev pipeline.

Don't be bad, cleanup the PATH.

Expected behavior

I expect do not have not mingw-w64 GCC toolchain in PATH because GCC toolchain just like wife - it's hard to find one compatible and easy to broke.

Actual behavior

Strawberry abusing my Chocolatey PATH.*
