Description:
Sometimes pull requests we have can get closed without anybody realizing it. We would like some way we can notify the developers of our team.

Justification:
We have our own methods to handle notifications in github actions, but we need some sort of output from the Stale PR bot with information about the pull requests that were closed or marked stale.
