I've been using MSVC6 environment for very long time.
I think this series is stable.

You can also generate MSVC8 project files by automatically converting from this.

2 patches are added for __fastcall and __stdcall builds.

Upated to stop generaing "#line" in bison output.
It causes C4129 warnings in MSVC6 environment.

This patch is apparently too big for github, I can't see all of it. The only thing I want to know is if there are any changes to actual ACPICA source files, or is it confined to the MSV6 project files?

MSVC6: Update MSVC 6.0 project files

MSVC6: Fix build issue for variable argument macros.

This patch intoduces generic variable macro detection support and fixes
build breakage issue with macros using __VA_ARGS__ feature defined in
C99.

Compiler: Fix bison/yacc configuraiton.
ce3fd06 
Unlike aslparser.y, dtparser.y and prparser.y haven't alloca() redefined to
the AslLocalAllocate(), which triggers build errors for specific bison/yacc
versions. This patch fixes this issue. Lv Zheng.

The patchset contains 2 build error fixes.
They are commit 2 and 3:

Commit 3 is a bug fix.
Commit 2 is actually a no-op to none msvc6 builds.

Commit 1 only contains MSVC6 project file changes.
