UnmanagedImage does not supported in ExtractBiggestBlob filter #587

Doesn't matter, just notice that not implemented Apply method for unmanaged image in AForge.Imaging.Filters.ExtractBiggestBlob filter, if may implementing it too in efficient manner :)
