Nice catch! Should have had char in here in the first place since args.short() only accepts character.

Description of changes:
This PR adds cargo audit to CI which will run every day at noon EST. While running cargo audit locally our current version for clap-rs was flagged. For this reason, I bumped up clap to 3.0
