Bug description
The WahWah effect sounds very different in the preview than the rendered output when resonance is set to a high value.
Steps to reproduce
Synthesize a few seconds of pink noise and set up a WahWah effect with the following settings:
- LFO Frequency 2.0
- LFO Start Phase 0.0 / any
- Depth 100%
- Resonance 4.0 ~ 8.0
- Wah frequency offset 30%
- Output gain 0.0
Click the preview button to play the sound, then click apply and note the result.
Expected behavior
I would expect the rendered output to be similar to the preview. Alternatively, I would expect the option to perform a high-quality preview or render a low-quality output so that the preview matches the result. Ideally both.
Currently I find the aliased resonance produced in the preview much more interesting than what I can achieve in a rendered output.
Actual behavior
The resonance is much less apparent in the output than the preview, possibly as a result of reduced harmonic distortion. The rendered output seems to have significantly less high-frequency activity.
