For easier readibility, please add color verification to the Pass (Success) or Fail (Error) step verification.

A new element should be added at the end of any test case that shows 'Pass' or 'Fail' at the end.

Here is a crude mock-up of how it should look:

If any given test case has a failed state, display a red flag next to the test case in the main menu. If the test case has passed completely, display a green flag next to the test case.
