No warning when quitting Audacity while recording is in progress #8941

Steps to reproduce
- Start recording
- Click Close button while recording is active
- Observe
Expected behavior
Audacity is closed
Actual behavior
The User sees the dialog asking whether they want to Save (Yes/No) or Cancel:

Interestingly enough, Audacity won't quit if you press Ctrl (Cmd) + Q while recording.
