Bug description

If the User tries to adjust the position of the clip along the timeline using the top clip bar, a ranged selection will be made instead.

Steps to reproduce

1. Open AU4
2. Create a track
3. Generate or import a clip
4. Try to move the clip via top clip header
5. Observe result

Expected behavior

If the User tries to move the clip via top clip header, it should always move the clip

Actual behavior

If the User tries to move the clip via top clip header, a ranged selection is made.
