Bug description

after deleting a stereo track with a custom track height ratio the redo should reconfigure the deleted track with the same custom track height ratio

• AU3 does this
• AU4 should too

Steps to reproduce

1. create stereo track
2. change track height ratio
3. deleting stereo track (with custom track height ratio)
4. undo deletion

Expected behavior

Rebuild stereo track (from undo deletion) should appear with the same custom track height ratio

Actual behavior

Rebuild stereo track (from undo deletion) appear with the default custom track height ratio
