No longer any Stylus install button when there is a .user.css file. How to get this button back? #1935

- In Chrome for Windows with Stylus addon, when I open a .user.css file for example https://userstyles.world/api/style/10.user.css
- I do not have any Install to Stylus button. Instead I can only see plain text:
System Information
- OS: Windows 11 Pro 24H2
- Browser: Chrome for Windows, Version 133.0.6943.142 (Official Build) (64-bit)
- Stylus Version: v2.3.13

The problem is due to Stylus, because for a similar thing, .user.js files: when I open it in Chrome, I get the Install button (I am using ViolentMonkey addon for Chrome)
