[Bug] Cd override is not honored when rocket is loaded from a .ork #2745

Description

Describe the bug

When I apply a Cd override to a rocket, save it, and reload it, the rocket simulation is as if no override were applied.

To Reproduce

  1. Load the attached .ork.zip file, which is the Simple Model Rocket example with Cd overridden and set to 0. Note the apogees of the simulations. Sim 1, for instance, has an apogee of 58.4 meters.
  2. Select the sims and click "Run simulations". Observe the new apogees; they are all lower than the values loaded from the file. Sim 1 has an apogee of 50.6 meters.
  3. Go to the Rocket design tab, and double-click the Sustainer to edit it. Note the "Override Cd" and "Override subcomponents" boxes are clicked.
  4. Unclick and reclick the override Cd box.
  5. Rerun the sims. Simulation 1's apogee is now 58.4 meters.
