What

• Add an upgrade mechanism to download relevant files for OxF (eg: Cosmetic attributes…)
• It should be able to live concurrently to the food files, and to other projects
• Until we have a UI support for those multiple files (eg Food parameters + Products parameters), we could have a force reload file in DEV mode, when we switch the base URL
