In order to know whether a stereo OBData object is a CisTrans, etc., you need to first cast it to StereoBase and check its type. This adds the ability to cast to StereoBase to the Python bindings (there are many other casts there already).
Note that users of OBStereoFacade avoid this need as there are specific functions that return the CisTrans subclass, etc. I think it's still useful to plug this hole.
