{failureClusterDomain} becomes empty although I set the DetectClusterDomainQuery and my backend MySQL has the detected ClusterDomain-name.

I read go/inst/analysis_dao.go and found that the code to set ClusterDomain is not implemented.
So, I implemented it.
I hope you review it.
