A BibLaTeX completion source for ncm2, inspired by deoplete-biblatex.

This uses bibparse to parse bibliographies, so run pip3 install bibparse before loading this plugin.

Set g:ncm2_biblatex#enabled or b:ncm2_biblatex_enabled to activate this source.
