remove share icons from audio and file attachment types add forward and open externally to gallery menu so it matches attachment context menu new icon/button for resend message

this is probably worthy to go into latest beta for test. it is much cleaner implementation of save/share/forward/open externally based on @octoshrimpy suggestions for ui in #254 and #266.
attachment context menu for save, share, forward and open externally
remove share icons from audio and file attachment types
add forward and open externally to gallery menu so it matches attachment context menu
new icon/button for resend message on fail to send because new single tap. long tap regime didn't play well with tap to resend.
also includes double-tap or long press text bubble to select text;
possibly closes #266
