Describe the bug
Hi there,
When i create a news discussion with contact app or internal app search, it create this discussion with the number of france 06 xx xx xx xx, then when somebody answere the app create another discussion with the number +336 xx xx xx xx. So i have two discussion with the same number, and even if i change the number in my contact list this discussion stay doubled.

Expected behavior
I'd like that the number beginning with 0 or +33 come to the same discussion every times.
