this follows on from issue #235

mms attachment share/view is not optimal because it saves attachments to media store without the user being made aware.

the app should be changed to implement a fileprovider that provides file data directly to other apps rather than saving them to media store for provision.

there should always be separate share and download/save options for the user to choose from. share option should not save the file into media store
