`ouch decompress --help` produces a flawed description for the `--dir` argument

Specifically, the description reads:
```
    -o, --dir <OUTPUT_DIR>    Choose to  files in a directory other than the current
```
I have and am about to submit a fix for this; I just wanted to create an issue number for inclusion in `CHANGELOG.md`.
