Changes Proposed

Make the server parse (and ignore) new attributes so 10.98 with new spr/dat/otb can be used together with 12.81 OTB.

Note: This change is for branch 1.4 (10.98)

It's good idea. Few people asked me how to load 12.81 .otb on 10.98 and use Evil Puncker client files (10.98 with 12.80 items and outfits).

Actually tested that with a new server and everything went smoothly good
