Feature description

• Quick open panel, it would be useful for switching-notes/attachments (Quick notes switcher #277) and searching while in focus mode.
• Quick open for switching-data-directories (Multiple data directories/workspaces/windows #60).
• Command panel, it would be pretty useful once plugins Plugins #128 are implemented.

Feature motivation

It's super powerful and it doesn't clutter the UI.
