This would add a "Both" option in the settings page for "Search In", allowing search to match either title or body.

This is useful in case you remember some text but unsure if it was in the title or body, allowing you to find it quicker without first searching by title, not finding the article, going to settings, changing the option to body, and then searching again.

I'm able to implement it myself but I'm creating this "issue" to see if it's a wanted feature before I sink my time into it.
