Proposed changes

This adds redirects for hosting and performance paths to the new module-based app pages. They shouldn't be needed, but in case anyone bookmarked these or there are links to these pages in places other than wp-admin this will help users who hit a dead-end error page.

There is also some other minor code cleanup:

• adding blueprint theme supportmethod to cypress config
• removing an outdated test exclusion
• update the topRoutes list (even though this is deprecated code)
