Proposed changes
This PR fixes the issue with URL fragments when building URLs with JavaScript on WordPress versions prior to 6.8. The addQueryArgs function does not preserve URL fragments in those versions, resulting in malformed URLs. This PR ensures that URL fragments are preserved correctly.
As a result, this fix will help ensure that the currently failing Cypress tests pass when the module is integrated into the plugin
