Fixes #2293 . Structured editing is disabled in non-Emacs editors by checking the editor mode in
shouldUseStructuredEdit().I also added a root-level
compile_commands.jsonline to the.gitignorefile, asclangdrequires the file to be in the root to be detected correctly.
