In #821 we have tested the patch on macOS and Windows, but not Linux/OpenGL — unfortunately it goes incorrect, see #825. (Is this Murphy's law?)

Now the outcome is good on macOS (10.13.5) and Ubuntu (16.04), and if it's confirmed on Windows then all backends of Sokol (OpenGL, DirectX, Metal) will be safely covered.

My apologies, for limited ability to work on various platforms (> <)
