good idea, but an anemic readme can be just as off-putting as a monstrous one: "death by a second click". A table of contents is usually a bad sign, though. |

The current
README.mdis fantastically long and attracts a steady stream of one-line pull requests. I am proposing to strip it right down and move as much as possible to the wiki.There are a whole load of open PRs against
README.mdwhich I will go through and port to the wiki if this gets merged.
