  1. Add task packages feature (#286) 

    It is now possible to configure `include_script` on a project, to include
tasks from a python package. 

Also:
- enhance auto-detection of executor types to consider poetry.lock or uv.lock
  files in the project
- fix issue where cmd tasks didn't properly resolve $POE_ACTIVE in task content
- simplify some config normalization logic
- Misc documentation improvements
