Describe the feature

Right now, The <NuxtRouteAnnouncer> is added to the starter templates' app.vue. I wonder if it would be more helpful to move it into Nuxt's default app.vue instead? 🤔

Problems to "solve" would be: How to handle duplicates if people "upgrade" from existing templates/projects.
