The build scripts have grown quite complex and contain functionality we no longer need. In addition, maintenance of the scripts as a separate recipe package is rather cumbersome. This issue will simplify remove unused functionality and add the scripts directly to the version 4nunit-console project so they don't need to be updated separately any longer. The scripts for version 3 will not be affected by this change.
