This Engine build has been replaced by .NET 8.0 and can be eliminated.

There is also a .NET Standard 2.0 build of nunit.engine.core, which I believe can now be safely removed.

Tasks:

• Remove .NET Standard 2.0 build of the engine and test.
• Remove .NET Standard 2.0 build of engine.core and test.
