support matrix.__array__() dunder method
disable CPython limits for int<->str conversion in str_to_man_exp()
set fp.prec/dps from sys.float_info
move fp.loggamma from __init__()

pass additional kwargs to matplotlib functons, e.g. imshow(), closes cplot does not scale real or imaginary axis #203
