Update CONNACK to reflect all the optional server feature availables #880
Description
Update CONNACK response properties to reflect the actual optional features supported by Moquette:
- Maximum QoS: all QoS are supported so no maximum QoS limit should be present
- Retain Available
- Wildcard Subscription Available
- Subscription Identifier Available
- Shared Subscription Available
